All orders are shipped prepaid via best way and the flat rate charge will be invoiced to you as indicated during checkout. We use U.S.P.S. and UPS whenever possible. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier.

All padlocks sold by SecurityPadlocks.com are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship without time limitation to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include failure caused by misuse, abuse, alteration or accident. Appearance changes due to normal wear and tear are excluded. If a padlock fails, return it, freight/postage paid, to 730 E. University Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034, and we will replace it at no charge.
This warranty offers no other liability, expressed or implied, including consequential or accidental damages.
